ah8 is committed to protecting the personal information of every Filipino player who registers on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and stored, and what rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
These six principles guide every data decision at ah8. The full legal text in Sections 1–10 below governs in all circumstances.
ah8 collects the minimum personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect data for its own sake.
All personal data stored by ah8 is encrypted at rest. All data transmitted between your device and the ah8 Platform is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Your credentials are never stored in plaintext.
ah8 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your data is used solely for the purposes described in this Policy.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data held by ah8. These rights may be exercised at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
ah8 shares your data with third parties only in three circumstances: to process payments via GCash, PayMaya, or partner banks; to comply with PAGCOR or AMLC regulatory obligations; and with vetted service providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
ah8 retains personal data for the period required to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, plus any additional period required by PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law. Data is securely deleted or anonymized once retention obligations are met.

Your privacy matters to ah8. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored by ah8 in connection with your use of the ah8 Platform at ah8.club. It is issued in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein.
1.1 The data controller responsible for the personal data you provide when using the ah8 Platform is ah8 (referred to in this Policy as "ah8," "we," "us," or "our"). ah8 operates under a PAGCOR online gaming license and is subject to Philippine data protection law.
1.2 ah8 has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with the requirements of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. You may contact the DPO at [email protected] for any privacy-related inquiry, access request, or complaint.
1.3 This Policy applies to data collected through the ah8 website at ah8.club, the ah8 mobile platform, live chat, email correspondence, and any other communication channel through which you interact with ah8.
2.1 Registration Data. When you create an ah8 Account, we collect: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a chosen username and password (stored in hashed, non-reversible form).
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data. To comply with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, we collect copies of government-issued identification documents (such as UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport), selfie photographs for liveness verification, and proof of address where required.
2.3 Financial Data. We collect your GCash number, PayMaya account details, bank account name and number (for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transfers), transaction history, and deposit and withdrawal records. We do not store complete debit or credit card numbers on our servers.
2.4 Gaming Activity Data. We record all gaming sessions, including game type, wager amounts, outcomes, session duration, and bonus usage. This data is required for regulatory reporting to PAGCOR and for responsible gaming monitoring.
2.5 Technical Data. We automatically collect IP addresses, device type and model, operating system, browser type, referring URL, and session timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud detection, and platform optimization.
2.6 Communications Data. We retain records of all communications between you and ah8 support, including live chat transcripts, support ticket content, and email correspondence.
2.7 Sensitive Personal Information. ah8 does not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under RA 10173) beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification and PAGCOR compliance purposes, such as Philippine government ID numbers. Such data is stored with enhanced security controls and accessed only by authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
3.1 Directly from You. The majority of personal data we hold is provided directly by you during registration, KYC submission, deposit and withdrawal requests, support interactions, and completion of any form on the Platform.
3.2 Automatically via the Platform. Technical data is collected automatically when you access the ah8 Platform through cookies, web server logs, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 6 for details on our cookie practices.
3.3 From Third-Party Payment Providers. When you make a deposit or withdrawal via GCash, PayMaya, or a partner bank, the payment provider may share confirmation data — such as transaction reference numbers and account verification status — with ah8 for the purpose of crediting or processing your transaction.
3.4 From Identity Verification Partners. ah8 may use third-party KYC and liveness detection service providers to assist in verifying the identity documents and selfies you submit. These providers process your data on ah8's behalf and are bound by data processing agreements consistent with RA 10173.
ah8 processes your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
5.1 ah8 does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit your personal data to any third party.
5.2 We may share your personal data with the following categories of third parties, strictly for the purposes described in Section 4:
5.3 In the event that ah8 undergoes a corporate restructuring, merger, or acquisition, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply to your data.
5.4 All third parties engaged by ah8 to process personal data on its behalf are required to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect that data, and are prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than those specified by ah8.
6.1 The ah8 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate core Platform functionality, maintain authenticated sessions, prevent fraud, and analyze Platform usage.
6.2 Essential Cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function — including session authentication and security cookies. These cannot be disabled without impairing your ability to use the Platform.
6.3 Analytics Cookies are used to understand how players interact with the ah8 Platform — such as which pages are visited most frequently and where errors occur — so that ah8 can improve the Platform experience. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual players by name.
6.4 Preference Cookies remember your language and display preferences to personalize your experience on return visits.
6.5 You may manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of some Platform features. Most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) provide cookie management under Settings → Privacy.
7.1 ah8 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. These measures include:
7.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, ah8 will notify the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03. Affected individuals will be notified without undue delay where required by law.
7.3 Notwithstanding the above measures, no internet transmission is entirely secure. You are encouraged to take precautions on your side — including using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication on your ah8 Account.
8.1 ah8 retains your personal data for as long as your Account is active and for such additional period as is required to comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Philippine anti-money laundering law, and applicable tax and financial record-keeping obligations.
8.2 PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) generally require that transaction and identity records be retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction or Account closure, whichever is later.
8.3 Where you have requested Account closure and there are no outstanding regulatory or legal obligations requiring continued retention, ah8 will delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period following the end of the mandatory retention period.
8.4 Communications data (support chat transcripts, email) is retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication, unless the communication relates to a live dispute or legal matter, in which case it is retained until that matter is fully resolved.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by ah8:

10.1 Policy Amendments. ah8 may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The updated Policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number or email address on their Account.
10.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ah8 Platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10.4 For complaints that cannot be resolved directly with ah8, you may escalate to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, which has jurisdiction over data privacy complaints against personal information controllers operating in the Philippines.
