Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any services provided by ah8. By creating an account or placing a wager on the ah8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions govern your entire relationship with ah8. Below is a plain-language summary of the six most important areas — but the full legal text in Sections 1–12 below takes precedence in all circumstances.
You must be a natural person aged 21 or older residing in the Philippines to hold an ah8 account. One account per person. Corporate or shared accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits fund your account wallet. Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Misuse of bonuses — including multi-accounting or bonus abuse — results in immediate forfeiture and account suspension. All promotional terms are published clearly at the time of the offer.
ah8 is committed to player protection under PAGCOR regulations. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion are available to all account holders. The 21+ age requirement is strictly enforced through mandatory KYC verification.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of ah8 are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ah8 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered on the ah8 platform at ah8.club, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager on the ah8 Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ah8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
2.3 ah8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file.
2.4 These Terms are published in English, which shall be the governing language for all interpretations and disputes.
3.1 Age Requirement. The ah8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine gaming law. It is unlawful for minors to access, register for, or use the Platform in any capacity.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence at the time of registration and at the time of each Wager.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances or Bonuses associated with the duplicate Account may be forfeited. Multi-accounting for the purpose of obtaining multiple Bonuses constitutes fraud.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ah8 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information.
3.5 KYC Verification. ah8 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Passport) and such additional documentation as ah8 may reasonably request. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions. Submission of fraudulent documentation will result in immediate Account closure and may be referred to law enforcement.
3.6 Corporate Accounts. Accounts may only be held in the name of a natural person. Accounts held in the name of a company, trust, or other legal entity are strictly prohibited.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
4.2 You agree to notify ah8 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ah8 is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 ah8 will never request your password by email, SMS, or any means other than the Platform login page. You should treat any such unsolicited request as a phishing attempt.
4.4 ah8 reserves the right to lock or suspend any Account where it reasonably suspects a security breach, pending investigation and identity re-verification.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the ah8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ah8 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly. Any currency conversion charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the Player's responsibility.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited. Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that are in the same name as the registered Account holder and that have been verified through the KYC process. ah8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.5 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance, peak periods, or when additional verification is required.
5.6 Transaction Fees. ah8 does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond ah8's control.
5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ah8 is obligated to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. ah8 reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited into any Account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5.8 Winnings Resulting from Error. In the event that a game error, technical fault, or system malfunction results in an erroneous crediting of winnings or Bonus amounts, ah8 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and recover any erroneously paid amounts from the Player's Wallet or outstanding withdrawal requests.
6.1 All Bonuses and promotions offered by ah8 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the Bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money funds in the Wallet are used for wagering before Bonus funds.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ah8 reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts, making irregular wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotions in bad faith.
6.4 ah8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a Player with a reasonable expectation of completion will be honored under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.
7.1 All games available on the ah8 Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games on the Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories. Certification records confirm that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and cannot be manipulated by ah8 or Players.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in a monitored studio environment. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game, ah8 will use reasonable efforts to complete the round or void the relevant Wager and return the stake to the Player's Wallet.
7.4 Dispute Resolution. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event by contacting ah8 support. ah8 will investigate disputes using game logs and records. ah8's determination of the correct outcome, based on game records, is final and binding.
7.5 ah8 reserves the right to void any Wager or withhold the payment of winnings pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the relevant event or game has been compromised.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ah8 Platform. Breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or law enforcement authorities:
9.1 All content on the ah8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to ah8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 The ah8 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ah8 and may not be used without prior written consent.
10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ah8 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered on it.
10.2 ah8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) Platform downtime or technical faults outside ah8's reasonable control; (b) delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers; (c) Internet connectivity failures on the Player's side; (d) unauthorized access to a Player's Account where the Player failed to adequately secure their credentials.
10.3 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. ah8 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from a Player's gaming activity. You acknowledge that you are gambling voluntarily and at your own risk.
10.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ah8's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the claim.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ah8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
11.1 ah8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. ah8 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
11.2 If you believe your gambling may be causing harm, please visit the Responsible Gaming page for self-assessment resources, or contact the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Hotline at 1800-PAGCOR (available Monday to Sunday).
11.3 21+ Requirement. Use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
12.1 Amendments. ah8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12.2 Account Suspension. ah8 may suspend any Account at any time, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder is in breach of these Terms; (b) the Account has been accessed without authorization; (c) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes; or (d) suspension is required to comply with PAGCOR or other regulatory requirements.
12.3 Account Termination. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ah8 support. Before closure, you should withdraw any positive Wallet balance. ah8 may withhold payment of Wallet balances pending completion of any ongoing KYC, fraud, or compliance investigation.
12.4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts and the regulatory authority of PAGCOR.
12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
